Im really disappointed this time with Willow Creek. My mom has been there several times, dont know if ownership change or new service. First of all I noticed my mom her room very dirty, I dont know when they clean but same wrappers on floor for 2 days. The other is she was never accommodated with water daily or on her table. I always had to ask and they said they would go get it and never did. The worst part was the Social Service Director Jennifer Soriano. When I wanted my mom released she was rude and rolling her eyes. She also said she didn’t know when she can get my mom released because she had other things to do meetings, etc and so much paperwork in which she never filled out the RN had to do it. This girl needs to go to a PR class or something to get a smile in her face instead of eye rolling with her fake lashes. Last when I got her released no one helped to transport to car or even get her ready I had to do it. I suggest you re train your staff. Im sure you already lost alot of patients and I would not recommend this healthcare. Like I said I used before but never have we been treated so poorly.
Administration (social services)worst I’ve ever seen. Very rude. Place was very dirty.
So far my mom is extremely happy with this location. We have been looking for help since Dad passed so I can keep working. Kingston Bay neglected doctor orders and it created a massive bed upset, past stage 4!! Willow creek has been very helpful in getting it to heal up

My father was there recently before going back to Kaiser for a second admission, as Williw Creek was holding up on sending him for proper emergency care. The evening nurse was rude and unprofessional in his care and did not want to handle his care or him as a patient. To top it off, as he was being admitted again at Kaiser, they gathered up all his belongings and threw them in their public dining hall. My dad’s personal belongings were gone through, and stuff was stolen. I was given Joanne’s number in social services to report the items stolen, and she said that unless I had the receipts, his stuff can’t be reimbursed. Also, his personal information from Willow Creek and Kaiser, with all his patient identifiers, including POLST, was left exposed for anyone to see. That’s a HIPAA breach, and I will contact The Joint Commission, the state, and the Better Business Bureau regarding the lack of professionalism at this establishment.

My father was there got sick and was sent out to Kaiser when to pick up his stuff was all gone. They threw it in the dinner room. Called the facility up and they asked us if we had proof of purchase for all his stuff that was taken. They couldn’t put it in a box!!

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. It is clear that they truly care about the people they serve. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a positive and welcoming experience.

With all the mixed reviews that are one here, I will post my honest review and my Mom’s of Willow Creek when I get the chance. My Mom is being transferred to this facility today. I’m Praying that this place will work with us. For now, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ until I send my honest review. Honestly, it took a while to update this review. My Mom stayed here for I believe a month and a week or so. When she was there, my Mom said that one of the nurses attacked her. Grabbing her by her hair and jerking her. When I was there, I pressed the emergency light and it stayed on for more than 30 minutes. I guess they didn’t know I was sitting in there. My Mom was right when it came down to the nurses not gaf! My Mom called me one time and she was happy. She was taking her meds and getting ready for a cigarette break. The nurse with the mole on her face called me and told me that my Mom wasn’t listening, didn’t want her meds or cigarette break. She lied! But my Mom slept in her wheelchair bc she had a bedsore on her back. I came and got my Mom discharged! But the discharge paperwork had no instructions for her meds. I didn’t trust this place at all! If you love your Family go elsewhere. If not leave them here.

The Willow Creek entire team went above and beyond to ensure my farther’s recovery and comfort. The physical therapy was exceptional, providing him with the consistent, professional support he needed to progress. Beyond the therapy, the daily care was top-notch. I want to give a special shout-out to Priscilla, Joann, and Shayna. Thank you for your incredible work and for making such a positive difference in my father’s life. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done.

Staying at Willow Creek was the worst experience ever!!! When the shift changes at 11:00 pm the medical care can only be compared to what you would expect from a third world country!!! After 7 days there my Kaiser Care Manager along with my husband had me emergency discharged to my home. They lied to me about the availability of my medications, they were not consistent in giving me my blood pressure medication and it’s amazing that I didn’t have a stroke, I have clear evidence that they stole my medication and they even sent me home with someone else’s medication. On my last night there at 3:00 AM I finally had to install a very loud horn app on my phone and blow the horn for 10 minutes continuously to get someone to come to my room. This was after requesting my pain medication for over an hour and at that point it was already over an hour past due! Most of the nursing assistants do not know how to turn a patient over painlessly after fractured hip surgery and most of the time I was literally screaming in pain while they did that. They will ignore you during the night when you need your adult diaper changed often leaving you in a wet diaper for over an hour. When I got home I had the worst rash on my buttocks including an oozing sore in the crack of my buttocks because the nursing assistants don’t clean you properly when they change your diaper. In the 7 days I was there I was allowed ONE shower which they gave me liquid hand soap to wash my hair and body. By the time I got home my husband was alarmed by how bad I smelled and couldn’t wait to get me into the shower. My home health nurse told me on my first visit that considering what I went through my body was in a state of shock and was trying to recover. If the patient doesn’t have a very strong advocate do not go there!!!!

Willow Creek is the best facility in the Central Valley. Their Administrator Brett Hobbs cares greatly about each patient and their care. The director of Nursing and her assistant directors are phenomenal. Definitely the most caring staff and highest quality facility!

I’m updating my review to reflect how the facility ultimately handled the situation. After my concerns were raised, my mother’s missing item was returned, and the staff made a genuine effort to ensure she felt comfortable and supported. That meant a great deal to her and to our family. My mother is in rehab and relearning how to walk, and she now feels safe, respected, and cared for. The rooms are clean, the food is genuinely good, and most importantly, the staff have been kind and attentive, which has had a very positive impact on her mood and recovery. I appreciate the steps management and staff took to address the issue and restore trust. Based on how things stand now, my mother is happy with her care, and that is what matters most.

My husband was recovering from a aneurysm he was there for days and no therapy was given. I had to be pushing and pushing for days also, the CNA started taking care of the patients really late. They are more priority than the patient. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I work in the medical field. I have had 2 relatives who have been short term residents. Both needed physical therapy as well as medical treatments to get back to independent living. Our family has had great experiences here and we will continue to use Willow Creek whenever we need to in the future.
